We are especially interested in making all of our patients feel right at home. Our staff is trained and skilled and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to every patient. Each member of our treatment team is excited to meet you. Our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the utmost care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by attending continuing education courses and seminars. All staff members are CPR and First Aid certified. The majority of our staff also have Ohio Radiography Licensures, and the additional staff members are currently working toward this licensure as well. With a passion to see lives changed through orthodontic treatment, the front office staff of Kim, Megan, Lacey, Kristen, Denise, Heather, and Tina will greet you with a smile.

Denise came to our office with over 13 years marketing experience with Procter & Gamble. She works part-time with the front office helping schedule your next appointment. Denise is a shining example of quality customer service. Denise came to the practice in 2006.

Heather is a great example of today’s youth. Dedicated to finishing her college degree at Miami University of Ohio, she joins our staff for her holiday, spring and summer breaks. Heather is a fantastic asset for any team, as she is dedicated to putting the patient’s needs first. Heather has been with the practice since 2005.

Kristen is the Front Office Coordinator for Dr. Romick. Her management of the front office creates confidence that your account will be handled with the utmost care. Having worked for a major insurance carrier for over six years and been involved with the service industry for more than 12 years, you will find her to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable as she helps you navigate through the financial agreement with our office. Kristen has been with the practice since 2000.

Desiree is an orthodontic assistant who graduated dental assisting training in July 2005. She is fun and energetic and always willing to “go the extra mile.” Her youthfulness helps her relate and communicate to many of our adolescent patients. Desiree has been a great team member since 2005.

Dawn is our orthodontic lab technician and assistant. A wife of a U.S. Marine, Dawn has been with our practice off and on since 2000. She is back to stay now and our patients are glad, as her husband has taken retirement from the military in the fall, 2005.

Sheri is an orthodontic assistant with over 18 years of orthodontic experience. Sheri loves orthodontics and it shows by her enthusiasm for every patient and parent she meets. She is a calming influence for any patient who may be apprehensive about orthodontic treatment and is a fantastic asset to Dr. Romick’s clinical team. Sheri has been with the practice since 2006.

Joanna is a part-time orthodontic assistant committed to quality service. She daily assists Dr. Romick to help every patient achieve optimal orthodontic results. She does this with a genuine concern for the patient and with a quiet and gentle spirit. Joanna has been with the practice since 2006.

The office is conveniently located at 7655 Five Mile Road, just south of the intersection of Five Mile and Beechmont Avenue. The office is the second drive on the left, heading south on Five Mile Road.
